We ship with USPS (unless you choose another carrier) so your item may arrive to your mailbox vs your door depending on your locale. Be sure to check your tracking number as provided, for updates. It is your responsibility to follow tracking and intercept your package in a timely manner. Additionally, you MUST choose ROUTE shipping protection at checkout if you want your order to be covered in cases of damage, theft or similar.)
