We pride ourselves on lightening fast shipping! Most items ship within 24 - 48 hours from our Las Vegas warehouse. You can typically expect to receive your package between 2 - 4 business days from the time your order was placed. This is not a guarantee and you will be contacted at the phone number provided if there are any anticipated delays or sell outs.

HOW WILL IT BE DELIVERED?

We ship with USPS (unless you choose another carrier) so your item may arrive to your mailbox vs your door depending on your locale. Be sure to check your tracking number as provided, for updates.  (Agent84 will not replace items that go missing after being SAFELY delivered according to tracking information.    It is your responsibility to follow tracking and intercept your package in a timely manner.  Additionally, you MUST choose ROUTE shipping protection at checkout if you want your order to be covered in cases of damage, theft or similar.)

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS STOLEN OR NEVER ARRIVES?

We offer ROUTE at checkout.  ROUTE is order protection for cases of theft, damaged or missing items.  You must choose protection at checkout to qualify for claims.  If you uncheck the box, your order is not covered.

All claims must be filed directly with ROUTE.
