RETURN POLICY

You have 21 days from the date your order was delivered (as reported by the carrier generated tracking information) to request a return and deliver your unwanted items back to us.

  • All items are returnable, except for the following:
    • Socks
    • Gloves 
    • Hats
    • Order Protection (ROUTE)

Items that were purchased on sale or with any discount code other than one of our (1st time customer only) WELCOME codes are valid to be returned for store credit or exchange only. 

(Any welcome discount code of 10% or less, used by first time customers, will not impact your ability to return for a full refund.)

Clearance items can be returned for store credit or exchange, but the value of the credit is redeemable on other clearance items only.

Items must be unworn + unwashed.

Items must have all tags attached.

Items must be free from foreign odors, hair and smells.

Items must be clean + without any stains (makeup, tanner, deodorant or any other)

Items must be in BRAND NEW condition.  

Items purchased on clearance are FINAL SALE.  No exceptions.

Shipping charges will not be refunded.

 

Return shipping labels are provided with every return, credit and exchange request.  There is a $5 shipping fee for all REFUNDS.  Exchanges & store credits have NO RETURN LABEL FEES.

We reserve the right to return any item that does not comply with our return policy.
