What is the cutoff date for delivery by XMAS?
Although we cannot GUARANTEE delivery on any date, we are CONFIDENT that orders placed by 12/15 will arrive by Christmas eve (if not sooner) to all US states, if priority mail via USPS is chosen.
HOW QUICKLY ARE YOU SHIPPING DURING THE HOLIDAYS?
Although we anticipate much higher demand, our BUY TODAY, SHIPS TOMORROW policy is in effect and we plan to meet the demand throughout the busy season.

Is there an extended window for Holiday returns?
Any orders placed from 11/25 - 12/15 will be eligible to return through 1/6/23.
All other policy terms apply.
Can I return sale items?

Any item discounted is eligible to return (provided all other policy conditions are met). However you may only qualify for store credit if you are not a new customer.
Clearance items are final sale. Accessories are final sale.
ARE EXCHANGES VALID FOR THE HOLIDAY SEASON?
Due to increased demand and fluctuating inventory levels, we will be pausing exchanges during the Holidays. You will be given store credit instead.
The pause dates are 11/10 through 12/31/202.

HOW DOES THE PROMO WORK?
From 12/12 to 12/24 of 2022, anytime a gift card is purchased, you will be emailed a store credit for 15% of the purchase price (of the gift card only), within 72hrs.

You are eligible to receive up to $75 in credit for your GC purchases during the promotional period, per person or household.
